Our signature strength session designed for mums ready to lift, sweat, and feel powerful again.
This 45-minute class uses weights in a fun, circuit-style format to target all the key postnatal areas—think glutes, core, arms, and posture. It’s resistance training with real results, built to help you rebuild strength safely and effectively.

Bring your baby along—they’ll chill on the mat or soak up the action while you do something just for you.
This class is more intense than our other MOOCH sessions, so we recommend it once you're feeling a bit more recovered post-birth or have built up a base level of strength.

This is our version of Boot Camp—and we don’t use that term lightly.
MOOCH Camp is a ladies-only evening session designed to challenge you, push you to your limit, and leave you feeling like an absolute badass.

No two weeks are the same—circuits, cardio, bodyweight burners—you name it, we bring it. But one thing’s guaranteed: it’ll be tough (in the best way).

This one’s for mums who are further along in their postnatal journey and ready to dial things up. And nope, no babies here—this is your time.
Leave the little one at home, grab your trainers, and come move, sweat, and unleash a bit of the old you again.

This is your full-body strength and cardio class, designed for mums who want to lift, move, and feel powerful again—all while keeping baby close if needed.

With high-energy playlists, resistance training, core work, and conditioning circuits, this class packs a punch. Whether your baby is in a carrier or on the mat beside you, you’ll be breaking a sweat to pumping tunes in a fun, supportive space.

Postnatal-safe, baby-inclusive, and unapologetically strong.
We run it twice a week, because once is never enough.

This is your time to slow it down, breathe, and rebuild properly.
MOOCH Pilates is a gentle but powerful postnatal session focused on core strength, pelvic floor connection, mobility, and posture—everything your body needs after pregnancy and birth. Pregnant ladies welcome too!

Expect low-impact movement that works deep—helping you feel more aligned, more supported, and more in tune with your body.

Babies are welcome, and they’ll be by your side on the mat while you take 45 minutes to focus on you.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or coming back to it, this class is a brilliant way to reconnect with your body and build real strength, the smart way.

Need answers to the logistics around bringing a baby to an exercise class BEFORE you book?

  • Firstly—congratulations! We're so glad you're feeling ready to move again. As a general guide, we recommend waiting until after your 6-week postnatal check (or 8 weeks if you had a c-section) and receiving the all-clear from your GP or midwife. That said, everyone’s recovery is different—so listen to your body and don't hesitate to chat with us if you're unsure. We’re always here to help support you back into movement safely and gently.

  • Yes! MOOCH is designed around your baby being with you. Whether they nap, feed, wriggle or cry—we’ve got you. There’s no judgement and no pressure. We welcome the chaos and support you through it.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are built for postnatal mums at all fitness levels. Whether you're 6 weeks or 12 months postpartum, we guide you with safe, progressive options based on where you’re at. You move at your own pace.

  • Yes, and we’ll make sure your movement is safe and supportive. Our instructors are trained in postnatal rehab and always offer adaptations for core recovery, pelvic floor concerns, and energy levels.

  • We get it—because we’re mums too. Some weeks you'll feel strong, others you’ll just need to get out of the house. That’s the beauty of MOOCH. You’ll always feel better after moving your body, being around other mums, and knowing you’ve shown up for yourself.

  • Not at all! While we offer carrier-friendly options, you’re not required to use one if it doesn’t work for your baby (or you!). Whether your little one prefers floor time, the pram, or your arms, we’ll help adapt exercises so you can move comfortably. Our sessions are all about flexibility (and we don’t just mean the stretches!). Your baby’s happiness and your comfort always come first.

  • Great question! For our Mooch Circuits and Mooch Strength & Carry classes—yes! Toddlers are more than welcome to come along. Bring toys, snacks, and whatever keeps them happy while you get moving. We’re totally used to little ones pottering around the space, and we’ll help you work around their energy levels.

    For Mooch Pilates, though, we recommend leaving toddlers at home. Pilates sessions are designed for newly postpartum mums to help you focus, connect with your body. New-born babies will be on the floor with mum for this class, so safety is top priority (so no roaming toddlers unfortunately!)
