Grace D’Souza , Founder, is a Mum of 2 boys & Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal specialist coach & Pilates Instructor.

Yes! MOOCH is designed around your baby being with you. Whether they nap, feed, wriggle or cry—we’ve got you. There’s no judgement and no pressure. We welcome the chaos and support you through it.

Absolutely. Our classes are built for postnatal mums at all fitness levels. Whether you're 6 weeks or 12 months postpartum, we guide you with safe, progressive options based on where you’re at. You move at your own pace.

We know that when you are a mum, things come up ALL the time that might make you miss your scheduled class. At Mooch, you can catch up 1 missed class at ANY of our classes during your booked term. Please see t’s & c’s for full details, and make sure to read your welcome email thoroughly when you book.

Yes, and we’ll make sure your movement is safe and supportive. Our instructors are trained in postnatal rehab and always offer adaptations for core recovery, pelvic floor concerns, and energy levels.
